playing a game in which no duration cards concerning actions where stacked, i observed this play from another user.

d draws 4 cards.
M draws a Merchant.
d plays a Council Room again.
d shuffles their deck.
d draws 4 cards.
M draws a Gold.
d plays a Throne Room again.
d plays a Merchant.
d draws a card.
d plays a Merchant again.
d draws a card.
d plays a Throne Room again.





i'm confused, is this a bug?

Looks fine to me.
Throne / Throne / Throne lets you play three action cards twice each.
