Offline for old users

About 8 months before Dominion was taken over by Shuffle It I bought the whole set for about €100,- (may 2016). A lot of money, but for life okay. To bad it wasn't for life after changing ownership. But there was tolled there would be an option for old users to play Dominion all sets you had offline for free. That's the reason why I've never complained about losing €100,- for only 1,5 years of playing. But now I lost all my cards and I still can't play it offline. When will this option be available for the old users?
