Unable to resign

one player needed to go to sleep - and game wouldn't let them resign.
we waited until got the option to force resign and clicked it - nothing happened.
no one was able to resign, we all just had to close our browsers.
I was on windows 10 chrome, but there were 4 people in the group and one of them usually plays on an ipod.

Earlier same day we were unable to start playing without everyone logging out of game and starting a new table, when Not Ready, clicking Ready got a popup message saying the game was already starting even though it wasn't.

Yes, throughout the (European) evening things like this happenened from time to time. I don't know what the reason is and how big the chance is that this will happen again.

Version 1.3.11 is live now that tries to fix the problems of games not ending or "game already starting".
