Subscription Error?

There was a survey/discussion recently that if you participated, your subscription would be extended for 6 months.  It was a very nice offer, and I participated.  However, my account shows that Nocturne and Empires expires 6 months before (January 2019) the other expansions (July 2019).  How do I get this fixed?

That is correct. The offer was only for expansions bought on Goko or Making Fun platform.
