Game 11465814 on tokyo, which I am in right now. I have to wait for up to several minutes each time i click in the client or write something in the chat. Apparently it's not the same for my opponent. I tried reconnecting several times, also in another browser, and it's the same thing.

My game was not slow from the start. It got slow somewhere in the middle.

Every game now has terrible lag.  I shouldn't have to wait a full minute between server responses.  I'm playing two-man games against the bot.  Speed tests on my device show excellent results so it's clearly the site.

Can any other players confirm problems around this time? I don't doubt that KingJay's connection isn't the problem, but between point A and B on the internet many things can slow traffic down, with neither A nor B can detect directly.

My last few games have been on the Oregon server.  All laggy, but it starts and stops.  Some turns it lags on every single click.  Some turns, it's fine.  I noticed it last night too (I don't remember what sever in which I was connected).  Please fix. it.

Lag has been a pretty consistent problem for me for the past two weeks or so. It seems to happen across multiple servers.

The game keeps getting stuck when I select a card to play, kicks me, reloads and then puts me back in the game.  It's taking FOREVER to take a turn.... very frustrating.

Same as everyone else, unplayably slow lag between cards/turns, chat delayed by minutes, keep getting kicked out, random resignations, etc. Happens on all servers all the time for me atm.

I just tried all servers and it's fine on my end. So there must be some more specific reason why you get the lags.

I've noticed this thread, but (here in Santa Monica) never had that problem until today.  It is now affecting my (our??) servers here...turns take 30-60 seconds, and--right now--when I am typing out this message, I can hit a key and have it take 10 seconds before it appears on the screen.  >:(

I don't think the forum servers and the game servers are in any way connected. Is the remaining part of your internet connection OK?

Also typing in the textbox doesn't need any internet connection. Maybe we also didn't understand your problem correctly.

Yeah, I have no idea why this forum and the Dominion site (which are, as you noted, distinct and separate entities) suddenly went so slow, and did so at the same time.  My first step, of course, was to try the other sites that I often use.  Yahoo, YouTube, etc..  Everything was working at normal high-speed levels.  Only these two sites, which were incredibly slow.  I tried a few hours later, and all was working normally.  So, my problem was short-term (knock on wood).  :-)

Response from similar issue that happened in May.  This was posted at 4:30am eastern time / 1:30am pacific time (USA)

Sorry people... this happened while I was asleep. So far I've been reasonably happy with the uptime but clearly something went wrong here. It's been mostly unplayable for the last ~12 hours.

I'm guessing we're in for the same kind of wait.  I don't think us posting and complaining gets anybody out of bed.... I wish it did ;)

It's unfortunate that your time zone seems to be such that your playing hours coincide with Stef's sleeping hours.

Here we are again.  So, since the subscription I pay for is primarily used when I am done with work and eating dinner, around 6pm - 10pm frame in my time zone and this is a time when there is NO support, does that mean that people in my time zone (mountain time, USA) get a partial refund on their subscriptions due to below ideal playing conditions with NO SUPPORT?

Lag, lag, lag, lag, lag.... This is really effing frustrating.  If I didn't have to pay for it... AGAIN... I wouldn't be complaining so much.  This is unacceptable.

Sorry, the play server seems to be down (as you may all have guessed). Stef has been alerted (via Internet), which means it will hopefully be fixed soon.
