Automatch Fail: Can't play with other players anymore

Hi,

For the past 2 months, whenever I do an automatch search to play a game with another player, it just runs and never matches me with anyone.

Any idea why/how to fix this?

Getting bored of just playing bots!

On the "Matching" tab, which button do you press to start the search (Two player / Three player / Practice game)?

In addition, can you click the "Advanced options" on the "Matching" tab and then make a screenshot and post it here? This might help in identifying the issue.

if you "wait for expansion" but dont own them, it takes longer. Maybe your subscription ran out?

Hi,

I thought it might have been because my subscription ran out, but then it was still happening when I got my subscription renewed.
So I clicked 'Advanced Option' to take a screenshot, and it turns out rated games was unselected. As soon as I selected it, I immediately got matched up with a game.
So thank you!!!  :)
