When confirming e-mail I get "dominion.game says internal error."

I can not get past this internal error.  Can you let me now what is happening?

I'm confused. This is the login screen. Your subject talks about "confirming email". I know that trying to confirm emails can lead to that error messages, but I haven't seen it on the login screen.
