if you play Band of misfits as a peasant it's not visually distinguishable (or looking at order distinguishable, which peasants are real peasants and which are band of misfits during the exchange phase.

Yes, that's true, unfortunaetly.

It might also be worth noting that autoplay options for Page/Peasant will be applied to a Band of Misfit/Overlord that copies them, even though that is probably not what a player usually wants.
