Dominion card set up.

Everytime I log in to play and press 2 players, the game always sets up all of the expansion cards in random order. Is there anyway I can set it up to play just one base set?

You need to set your Familiar Cards (button in the top row) to only Base (by clicking "None from this expansion" for each expansion but Base) and then use "Practice Game". That is always unrated 2-player, and it does respect your familiar cards (plus the maximum number of unfamiliar cards that you have set under "Options" (button in the top row)). "Two player" and "Three player" are rated games which ignore familiar cards (in order to have a more meaningful leaderboard).
