No Promo Code in Box Set

I bought a "hardcopy" of Dominon as well as the Seaside and Prosperity. However, there was no promo code inside. I can easily prove I bought the game, who can I contact with regards to a subscription?

The physical and digital games are two separate things. There isn't a promo code.
