How can I buy cards?

I like to buy cards but I cannot select a country. Does anyone have the same problem? What can I Do? The

Can you explain in more detail what you mean when you say you "cannot select a country"?

I've appended a picture of what it looks like if I would buy more cards. Is any of that UI missing? Can you click the marked arrow to get the list of countries shown?

More generally, on what platform is the problem happening (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile)? What Browser do you use and what OS?
