Testing on PC, as my tablet is unavailable at the moment.
After clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link, a message should show up on screen.
If you have already typed your user name into the box (or it was autofilled), the message says (paraphrased) "We've sent you an email to change the password".
If you haven't entered your user name yet, the message asks you to do so (because it needs to know who you are to send the above email to the right address).
My email arrived in < 3 min (but for other things we know it sometimes doesn't work). Also, check your SPAM folder.
