I can see you started the payment process with our payment provider three times yesterday. The first one timed out before you selected any payment method, then started one with "sofort banking" and also an attempt with paypal. However none of those processes finished, they all timed out. This means they never got your money, which means I never got it.
I don't know why your payments didn't go through, I don't have access to that information.
But I assume that means you also never lost the money. If this is not true, please let me know.
