My Rating not visible on Leaderboard even after playing so many Rated games

I have played many and also won few but still i don't see myname on Leader board.  My rating is also unchanged from 38.8 at the Matching page from last 3 days.

Is it a bug or it generally takes 2-3 days ?

At the moment the ratings calculations have been postponed, as they were deemed part of what lead to the performance problems of the previous week. Usually they are done once a day.

Okay, so the games which we have been playing from last 2-3 days would still be counted for rating calculation whenever you do ?

Or these all games would not be counted for rating at all ? I mean wasted WINs ?

Yes, they will be counted. It just may take a few days until the next rating update.
