Reporting a Bug or an incidence of Cheating

I'd like to report an incidence of a player either exploiting a bug or cheating. I have screenshoots of the event and the game number. Is there an email address I can use to send the screenshots to? I'd prefer to do it in private rather than post everything on a public forum...
