Can't create a table

I created an account and played a single game with. friend on Friday. I have logged in now, and have tried to create a table. I get a notification that I can't create a table until I confirm my email. I confirmed my email when I registered last week. I no longer have the confirmation link. What should I do?

It seems the confirmation didn't get through, your account was still marked as having no confirmed email.

I manually confirmed the email address, so you should now be able to host a game.
