Strange behaviour in Chrome Version 81.0.4044.122 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)

I logged in, went to Friends -> Options -> Autoplay Options -> Familiar Cards and got the screenshot.

I can repeat this with a slightly older Chrome version, but the problem doesn't happen each time. But something is obviously wrong. I'll take a look.
