I could just now go through the store, select some subscription and connect to Mollie and see the payment options (from Germany). Can you say where in the process is doesn't work for you.

I select gold subscription. It says connecting to store.  It doesn’t go to store though.   I have had gold subscription before.   Really missing it.

thanks for the report!

From what country are you trying to buy? I just tried and it worked within 2-3s that I was connected to https://www.mollie.com/payscreen/select-method/... from Germany where I could select the payment options (I didn't go further).

United States.   Is there a more direct way to fix this / get me gold subscription.  It freezes on contacting store screen every time.  If it’s a problem on my end that’s fine but I have no way of knowing .  And this is not working.  I want a phone number of someone I can speak with.

Sorry to hear you have trouble with the store. I can tell you lots of people succeed though, most of whom are from the United States, so my first thought is indeed a problem on your end. Maybe your network blocks our payment provider, or maybe they block your network, although I wouldn't know of any reason why.

- maybe you could try again from a different network?

- if you could contact me on Discord (https://discord.gg/MsEuwUr), and maybe show some more specific error messages, I could help investigate.
