IP country incorrect

Hi!
I tried signing up for a Silver subscription, but the site claimed my IP was not in the country I'm currently in (Sweden). Instead, after trying the entire list, it claims I'm in Estonia. (I'm not using a VPN) If I sign up with the incorrect country, will it change the subscription on some way? The price etc

AFAK, it will apply the VAT for Estonia, which is smaller (20%) than for Sweden (25%) (VAT rates looked up with web search, so no guarantee).
