Doctor + Ruins

When the Ruins pile is empty you can click on it when playing Doctor to choose "Ruins". You cannot trash cards that way, but you shouldn't be able to choose it.
For example game #92638842. You cannot trash cards that way, but you shouldn't be able to choose it.
