Banning cards

Is there a way to ban more cards than the 10 disliked and banned cards? I hate lots of the cards and don't want them in my games. I have no interest in playing against other people, nor do I care about scores or rankings.

Not at the moment, but the problem is known, but AFAIK not on top of the list of things to do at the moment.  :(
