End game without resigning if no moves played

Often players log in to automatch and forget to play. I would like to be able to exit the game when this happens, without resigning or waiting for forced resign.

At the very least, have a shorter wait time for the start of the game

I agree maybe like the current 5 minutes (rough guess) for resign, but you can simply resign without penalty to either player at 2 minutes?  I like this a lot.
