Many cards unavailable with full subscription?

I've paid for a full subscription, with the intent of picking some cards with friends.

Many are not available—new rotating decks, travellers, bridge troll... just a few we've tried to select.

Also, when setting up a table, it's not generating any landmarks/projects/etc despite toggling on 2-4 piles for those...

When you create a table, there is a card pool level value that may affect which cards you see. Make sure to set it to 10 as in the picture below:
