Video replay from logs

It would be great if you could make something that reads logs and outputs a video of what happened. I for one hate reading logs and would love to watch past games in comparison to reading logs. Speed adjustments would make this feature even better. It would also be nice if these logs were hosted somewhere other than the client like somewhere like councilroom.com
