Emporium doesn't need to give you a choice about when to gain VP

When you gain Emporium and have other when-gain effects active, you get to choose the order.

Since it doesn't matter when you gain the VP, I think that should always happen first without giving you a choice.

What about when the next expansion includes a card saying "when you gain a vp token..."?
