Request: show kingdom cards and setup at start of game

It would be great if the log showed the Kingdom cards, events/landmarks, and any unusual setup (Baker coin, Colonies, Shelters etc.) at the start of the game. Currently, after a game finishes, there is no way to see the kingdom cards.

Also, Black Market deck would be nice as well.

Black Market deck has 60 cards in it, and I believe it is intentionally left as a mystery.
