Ghost province in hand and ghost Secret Passage in play

I have a "ghost" Province in hand and "ghost" Secret Passage in play that appear on the screen since turn 1 of the game but do nothing other than block my hand/play area. Game #754 on frankfurt-test.

Resigning did not fix issue. Game #756 on frankfurt-test.

Closing the browser tab and opening a different one did solve the issue.
