Familiar Cards / Max Unfamiliar option not respected

I have chosen as Familiar Cards almost all cards from the 6 sets I owned, except v2 Base Set & Intrigue new cards. In Options I choose  'Max unfamiliar cards' = 0. However, in the game there still is 1-2 unfamiliar cards. Have now played 2 games against a bot.

Otherwise things seem pretty OK, thanks! I trust this will become good.

When I changed 'Max unfamilar cards' to value 1, there were 2 unfamiliar cards in the next game :-\

I have set 'Max unfamiliar cards' = 0, but the game always starts with many, many unfamilar cards in bot games.
