Using a computer, you can click onto the number, then you can directly edit it. Remove the "-" sign and the 2 digits following the "1", that should reset your min level to 1.

It would also be interesting to know how you got there (to prevent that possibility in the future).

Hi Wem,

was that game that ended this way vs. "Chilled_Kroete"?

If that's the case, the correct rating will be visible starting ca. midnight UTC Oct. 19th to 20th. Those games are recorded, the server switch is making them 'invisible' to the new version.

At 7PM UTC each day happens a server reset/switch. That was introduced some time ago to fight server overload. If you play a game with no page reloads necessary, you only realize that after the game is over, when it will not move you back to the main screen.

However, if you do a page reload after the switch in a game that was started before, you will be taken to the main screen, as the new server doesn't know about your ongoing game.

Obviously this is not a good situation to be in for any players playing during that time. Work is being done to change how the  game communicates internally, but that takes time. A discussion has also be brought up to change the time of the switch to make it affect hopefully less players.

Nice that it works now!

I had sent you a private message via the forum (asking for private details like the in-game name to look into the issue). Did you get it?

For me as the admin it's important to know if that way of communicating still works (after the forum's software version update), or if I need to use other ways to respond to report like your's (that will involve details like in-game name or where you bank that some people may not want to be in a public forum).

The client is not showing you much besides your level/ranking.

Stats for a particular game can be found via Dombot on discord Donald X.'s discord server: https://discord.gg/TQhTVB2.

It also has certain stats for a player's overall performance (like longest win/loose streak), though not as much as you wish.

If there are special problems after a player resigns, that would be news to me. Your posting time (assuming you experienced that shortly before posting) would be compatible with the interpretation that it is "just" the normal server switch at 7PM UTC. See my reply to your other question for more information.

Server is restarted (or rather switched) twice a day. It used to be 8AM/8PM UTC, but the late UTC switch is now at 7 UTC, I don't know about the early one. The reason for that is to ease up the load, so that problems as people disconnecting are less often.

What you describe ("the game will freeze up") after a games ends is exactly the result of such a switch. The developer is working on making the transition less painful.

Way of the Butterfly is bugged as you described since some time. The solution is to either refresh the page (as you did) or set the autoplay option for Way of the Butterfly to off.

According to the database, your account does have the complete subscription, and the end time matches your description.

Take a look at your account tab, it should basically look like this:



The base set is free, and your complete subscription should run until 2024-04-04 (or a day earlier or later, depending on your time zone).

You should also be able to include cards from all expansions if you make a table and pre-select cards into the kingdom.
