Double Disconnect - who wins

Hey,

If someone disconnects, and then you disconnect...who wins?  Or is it a draw? 

(just wondering if I don't want to bother waiting around to 'make them resign' - and I'm willing to take the risk that they are not just having tech issues - wondering what happens?  I find that genuine disconnects due to tech issues happen randomly, and I'm very happy to give the person time to reconnect...and then there are some people who disconnect "JUST" before they are about to lose....which we all know means they are pissed off and can't play nice)

I guess the game will be on indefinite hold.

Neither player can start a new game, so whoever logs back in first will likely be able to resign their opponent. If there is a server reset, I assume the game will be lost and not count for anything.
