I would like the offline client. I had mixed feelings about the old campaigns. Hopefully new ones would be better.

Absolutely. e.g. offensive, defensive, balanced, money oriented, draw oriented, etc.

Yes. Perhaps three to five levels of difficulty.
4. Options for timed games
Not a big deal to me, but could be nice. I might use that.
5. Options for undo settings
Not sure what is meant my this. Undoing only specific phases of a turn? Automatic response to undo requests? Not sure how useful I would find any of that.
6. Online mini-tournaments; the option to easily create one for you & your friends.
That could be cool. I would give that a try.
7. Option to invite specific players to your table
Yes. Possibly add a setting for "Open" versus "Closed" (i.e. invite only).
8. More translations (to what language?)
Not needed for me. (I am a German major and wouldn't mind trying to play in German, but I don't need to.)
9. Better animations when cards are gained/bought/played/...
Yes. Also consider an audio cue for some events (e.g. buying a Province or Colony, Gold, You've been attacked). Also add a speed setting for the bots. There are times when turns can take forever, even for a bot. Some common slow-downs: Draw until reveal "X". Bots playing lots of money, one - card - at - a - time, sometimes in an order that is detrimental to them. (Playing a Bank before all the money is out.)
10. Better visualization of split piles, Archive/Crypt contents, Prince targets, ...
Never felt it was a problem.
10. Option to hide the log
Yes, but also remove "Click in the Log" commands. Also, do not reset log to the top when switching back from Trash or after the Undo command. Perhaps a hover view of the trash? However, I am not a fan of having to hover to see what is on someones Tavern Mat. Maybe icons by their name.
11. Android app (or just improved compatibility?)
Yes.
12. iPhone app (or just improved compatibility?)
Not applicable.
13. Downloadable game logs
Not important to me. Would like the option to replay a layout, though.

Have not had major issues with abuse.
