I can understand that you feel that way, being a developer. And if all our customers were developers we'd certainly do that. But they're not.

Off course we need an issue tracker internally, but I feel no particular desire to expose it to the players.

It's a rule. Game end is only checked at the end of a turn.

It can't end in-between-turns either (suppose you buy Donate and trash a Catacombs to empty a 3rd pile)

I don't know what's happening here. I can see you have successfully transferred your account to our system and picked the same username in-game as you did on the forum here. Usually when people get to that stage everything just works.

Are you going to the general login page at dominion.games instead of to the import-link from the email? And you're clicking "login" instead of "signup"?

If you have technical issues, or just want to chat about the game, please join our discord channel.

Interactive support through discord is the most effective, but alternatively you can post in the support forum or send us a message at info@shuffleit.nl.

If you previously had an account on the MF system, you're supposed to have received an email. The email contains a link you can use to transfer. Please also check your spam box. If you haven't, contact us and we'll provide you the transition link in some other way.

If you had bought expansions on the MF system, you will be granted a year of subscription for free to those sets. Those people will also get the chance to convert the remaining of this free year to the offline version once we get that up. Unfortunately this does not apply to people who bought the subscription until the end of 2016 at MF.

There isn't much official documentation, introduction or tutorial yet, but you can check out Dominion Online Unofficial FAQ

It just doesn't match you with people whose familiar-cards-settings would be very restrictive to you.

The latter. First the rest of the kingdom is generated, then a random card is picked from it. If it's from prosperity, use colony/platinum. Then pick a random card again. If it's from Dark Ages, use shelters.

Yes, I like that too. I would say after the game because in-game is crowded enough, but ok.
That, buttons to add unfamiliar cards from this kingdom to your familiar cards lists.

While we certainly can make some improvements for chat (like direct chat with a friend), I don't think we'll be adding an in-game global chat. However, we do have a general-chatter channel on our discord server which is basically intended for what you just asked.

Version 1.0.5

  • "Good Match" will no longer accept people whose familiar cards settings are very restrictive compared to yours.
  • Colony/Shelters choices from kingdom selector weren't always used.
  • Reconnecting to a game now has an option to cancel the reconnect (this means you no longer need "Kick & Resign")
  • Selecting/deselecting expansions in the kingdom selector fixed.
  • Trader with an empty hand no longer freezes the game

Many, many people bought a subscription at MF until the end of 2016, while thinking they were buying their idea of permanent card ownership. While I cannot be sure, I think the same applies to you. At least in their export your name was only credited with the "Base" expansion. Did you pay ~$5/month to them, or did you actually pay the full $100? If it's the latter, please send me a PM and we'll get it sorted out.

I am sorry we didn't manage to launch with Campaigns included. They are coming though.

Five days to send an email seems pretty reasonable.

I just checked, and you're down for two accounts in the MF database.
But the email addresses they're linked to are very.... suspicious.

Mining Village is similar -- it won't force you to choose between trashing or not if there *are* action cards left in your hand, but if there aren't, it does make you choose "don't trash". Why is this?

Mining Village is a card you always can trash, but rarely ever want to trash. So instead of forcing the decision, the game tries to assume you don't want to trash and let you pick your next action.

However, sometimes this is impossible. For example when you Golem into Mining Village + Smithy, you have to choose if you keep the mining village before you will see what the Smithy draws you. So in those cases you also get a button "Don't trash".

We also present this button when you would otherwise go to your buy phase. This is necessary because the game needs to know what phase it is (e.g. to show the price of peddler).

Mill should have the same interface, it's just a mistake that doesn't behave the same way.

We will certainly do something about Crown at some point. Current situation is much too likely to go wrong.
