Rating stuck at 104

My rating is stuck at 104. I can't go down or up. I keep getting paired with people who are way better than me and I'm getting destroyed. This is ruining my game experience. Is there actually a way to contact help support or is writing on this thread the best I can hope to do?

You can actually change the number (104) by editing it, instead of clicking on the "+" and "-" button!

Click into the number, and a cursur should apear (the yellow bar in the picture). Then, on a PC, you can use the "Delete" and/or "Backspace" keys to remove a digit, bringing you down to 2 digits, which you can now either further edit this way, or use the "-" button to bring down. I hope this helps! If not, message me again, then I need to ask the dev to change your value in the database (which I can see, but not change).
