So are we stuck all night because the one person that can fix the lag is asleep? Please... PLEASE teach somebody in another time zone how to fix this so those of us in the USA aren't screwed when this happens during our evening / after work hours.

Here we are again. So, since the subscription I pay for is primarily used when I am done with work and eating dinner, around 6pm - 10pm frame in my time zone and this is a time when there is NO support, does that mean that people in my time zone (mountain time, USA) get a partial refund on their subscriptions due to below ideal playing conditions with NO SUPPORT?
Lag, lag, lag, lag, lag.... This is really effing frustrating. If I didn't have to pay for it... AGAIN... I wouldn't be complaining so much. This is unacceptable.

I think we deserve a more valid explanation (and I mean A GOOD EFFING CONCRETE DAMN GOOD REASON) besides a contract being up with one and switching to another or any other fancy corporate way of sweeping the subject under the rug.
Still, I play. I love this game and this is the only option we have. Right now, I'm experiencing serious lag for something I had to pay for, AGAIN, so I came to the forum. Sorry, Shuffle IT. I pretty much only step into the forums when your programming isn't working properly. Keep it running and I won't be coming in here to throw gasoline on fires :p
