I'm sorry, there is an issue with changing this setting while the last thing you saw was an opponent's turn.

Turn that setting to yes again, start a bot match), then resign (button in the top right), afterwards turn the setting to no again.

There should be a fix so it doesn't matter when you change the setting in a future update.

I now got my invitation Mail for ASchmidtMail@gmx.de an my name was ladanza. But I didnt get any cards set or so like promised?? Why not? At the former dominion I had all sets as abo? whats going wrong?

I'm one of those that had existing purchases of everything on MF, and I am intending to choose the Offline version when that finally becomes available.

I would also like to play with the Empires set, which - as discussed in the above posts - I can "upgrade" to now, in the existing Online version.

But I would like to know what will happen to my Empires purchase, once I switch over to Offline :-

1. Will I automatically receive an Offline version of Empires?

2. Or will I have to repurchase Empires for the Offline version?

If it is the second option, is there any estimate to the pricing you would charge at that point?

It's 2. I can't give you an estimate for the offline pricing yet.

Laddering can be prominent for those who care about it, but will also be skippable for those who don't. Personally I care about it, but I also know of people who find it takes away some of their enjoyment of the game.

   

• The option of having Colonies checked YES does not work. Apparently if you have a prosperity card you might get it to give you colonies...but having the RANDOM vs NO vs YES indicates that if you check YES you should have Colonies. Is this going to be fixed? I recently just added the empires and it is hard to play and learn the cards if the bots just buy up everything super-fast.

This is fixed as of 1.0.3.6, which appeared around 0:15 UTC+1 today. Are you still having trouble with it?

   

• Which brings me to probably my biggest grievance and I will take up the next few bullets talking about it...the tables. This site seems like it is designed for 2 player specifically. I prefer 3 since it takes a little longer, but not too long.
• The Match area should be designed to be able to play with more than one real player.
• The Match area, create table, and tables should also probably be in one tab. You have to jump all around and still you are not even guaranteed to get people at your table because the Tables tab is the absolute worst. It jumps around all the time. People just hang out in empty tables. There are some tables you can't even join because it is post game...yet they still show up there.
• It seems to me that there should be a lobby of some sort where you can invite players to sit at your table...and they should be able to find it easily.
• The whole friends area is confusing. What is the point? The ? icons don't seem to do anything. There is no lobby. There is no profile section. So really, what is the intention of the whole friends area? Also, you should add a search function so that we can see if any of the regulars we used to play with are around here yet.
• The familiar cards? Shouldn't that be located somewhere either under options or a profile if you had one available to update? Again, not sure i understand the whole function of that either...but then i just check 'don't respect it' not that i think that actually makes a difference since i can't seem to ever get a three player game going anyway.
• The preferred background should have a picture or something that will pop up so you can see what you are choosing.

A lot of these will be worked on. There's currently a bug with ghost tables appearing in the list, and bot games against non-friends probably shouldn't be appearing in the list either. Ultimately the list should show what any given user is most likely to be interested in rather than just everything that's running.

- Will we ever be able to save a deck?
- Will we ever be able to save standard options?
- Will we ever be able to set random deck but with more % chance of X Y Z decks and less of A B C...
- Will we ever be able to set 2 random events and 2 random landmarks?

Yes to the first two, and probably to the other two.

The developers have said that the offline only mode is in progress and should be available later in 2017, at which point presumably you can transfer your purchases over.

Followup questions though:

(1) Do we get a choice of one or the other or do those of us who had bought items on MF get both the compensating sub we have now AND free play offline (forever?).

(2) If the first (we only get one or the other) does using the online version now make it so we won't be able to choose the offline version?

It's the first, and using the online version now doesn't mean you can't choose later.

Hello, i try to open a Table - Version 1.0.1 - i get the Message : A new Version has been released, please reload the Page.
What can I do now?
I refresh the Page , i log out, log in. I get no new Version, only 1.0.1.

A new version of the server was released to deal with some e-mailing issues. The client is still at 1.0.1, so if you refresh you should be good.

I lost internet connection, now when try to login says allready logged in even logging in same pc and same browser and has same ip address, using windows 10 pro, chrome browser

Hi, I received the email inviting me over, and I'm excited to give it a try. One thing, though: because I had paid for them at the previous host, I have a subscription for all sets except Empires. But I don't see any option to pay to receive Empires. I only see two subscription options--silver and gold, but I don't have to pay to subscribe to all the gold sets just to get Empires, right?

Right, you only pay the difference between what you choose and what you already have. The listed price takes this into account.

At the moment we offer full support for Chrome and Firefox under Win, Mac and Linux.

The latest version of Safari works under the latest version of macOS (Sierra); older versions of either may be hit and miss. If it doesn't work for you please try either Firefox or Chrome.

On iPad the browser version works; on Android tablets it's functional as well, though there can be problems with reordering of cards, as well as some display oddities depending on screen size.

Phones are not supported at the moment.

The client doesn't work under IE. Please try it with Chrome or Firefox.

Unfortunately the language needed to comply with the demands of credit card companies doesn't always make sense. It will not be possible to buy subscriptions without making an account.

Firefox stores login credentials just fine, but Chrome seems to have problems with the dynamically loaded nature of the login form (the client is a so-called Single Page Application, which means that the html code is dynamically loaded into the index.html at run-time and removed from it when it's no longer needed, rather than it all being there from the start). Of the various hacks and workarounds I've read, none have worked so far. I'll revisit the issue at some point because it's obviously annoying.
