Joining game #97355504 on oregon.

Bot played a silver, a copper and then a Scepter and then could not decide to use the Scepter for $2 despite not even having a prior action card in play for use of the other option.

Thanks for the report. Unfortunateky, that's a long-standing bug since Renaissance. :-[
