That's is an instance of Lord Rat not knowing how to deal with a "newish" prompt to exchange Coffers for $ at an unusual time. Known but unfortunately not yet fixed :-(

I have encountered several instances where a bot had a situation it could not handle.

This is one I just encountered:

LordR played a Fortune and apparently had no money (I assume because he played the Fortune first). Game froze.

That's another known case; if the bot has Coffers it doesn't know to "answer" the question if to convert them.
