My rating is stuck at 104. I can't go down or up. I keep getting paired with people who are way better than me and I'm getting destroyed. This is ruining my game experience. Is there actually a way to contact help support or is writing on this thread the best I can hope to do?

My max rating is stuck at 104 and won't move even if i click on it. I am stuck playing people way higher than me and I'm getting destroyed. Any help would be appreciated.
