Can't start a game right now. Only allows one player to be ready? Therefore no game play. Anybody know whats up?

General Discussion / Not getting free stuff promised from Making Fun

On Dec 8, 2016 I received an email from Making Fun saying that we would get a year of free subscription for the stuff we already had and that they were sending data and email address to the new client (HERE). I have yet to receive any info from this client for the free stuff promised. I had an old email 4 years ago that they may have sent it to?? I was hoping they could send it to the email I have here. Thanks a lot.
