I might be able to shed some light on one way that people might be able to get into two games...

Having played three games today, I had a look at the leaderboard.  When I returned to Automatch, I saw the message 'Internal error'.  Nonetheless I clicked on 'Start search'.  Nothing seemed to happen.  On the assumption that that was a consequence of the internal error, I logged out and back in.  Aware that some people had been mysteriously getting into two games, I decided to take at Tables, where I found that I was the host of a running game!  I joined the table as a spectator, where I discovered that there now was no host, just an opponent, who almost immediately left the table, though I've no idea whether that was voluntarily or not.  I also have no idea whether that 'game' was scored or not.  Maybe I'll use dombot to find out, though I hate Discord so I'm disinclined to do so.  I then went back to Automatch, successfully found an opponent, and played just one more game.

I suspect that a wise precaution might be to log out if one gets the 'Internal error' message.

Hi LanesALot,

I assume you simply misunderstand the account tab (you wouldn't be the first). It says that the base set is free, but should also show in the next two lines until when your Core or Complete subscription lasts. That should be a date in the future, corresponding to which subscription you bought and for how long. Note the date format is YYYY-MM-DD

The real test to see if any subscription is active is to open a "New Table" and then to click on "Select Kingdom Cards". In the "Select Cards" window at the very top are levels from 1 to 10. If you click on the "2" and see cards, you have at least the Core subscription (otherwise only the base set). If you click on the "6" and see cards, you have the Completee subscription.

If this didn't solve your problem, please post a screenshot of the left half of the account tab (no need to publish your email address here).

I renewed my subscription, payment went through but it's still showing that I only have access to the base cards that come with the free level. Anyone else having this problem?

I haven't heard about this before, but unfortunately "ghost games" where you cannot do anything about (similar to yours) happen (rarely). I don't think that will change in the immedaute future, development on the game has practically halted :-(

Had a game make the Joining noise, but the game did not start, I was still at the lobby.
If I attempted to find a game, it displayed "Already in Game"
If I reloaded, It displayed "Internal Error".
If I reloaded several times, I got the prompt that appears if you have tried to rejoin too many times.  Eventually had to click the Give Up button (which does cost you ranking points)

Thanks for your help, but the problem isn't in the web frontend, it is in the bot AI code on the server.
Yes, it's bad that this problem hasn't been fixed, developemnt and fixes have unfortunately come to an almost complete stop :-(
