Title: How do I reload the page and get the new version?

The pop-up keeps coming up saying I need to reload the page to get a new version.  When I do that, the computer freezes.  If I exit the game and log back in, the same thing happens.  Any ideas?

click the reload key in your browser or press F5.

better yet, hold the control key down while you do it (on most browsers/OS that clears your cache)
