Can't set up account

I used to have an account on goko. I'm trying to login to that account, but it isn't working. When I try to create an account with the same username it says reserved. When I try to recover password it says the account doesn't exist. I've looked at some support and see that some people report getting account setup emails for the transition. I don't see any similar email. What should I do?
