I think it would be nice to know what language other people are using. This might help with some inter-player communication issues. For example, it would change my expectation for chat responses if I saw the other player was not playing in English.

I inherited sauna and when I played the inherited Saunathen it chained Avanto butthe avanto only wanted to chain 'real' Saunas and not inherited ones.

That is the correct behavior. Inheritance doesn't change the card's name. It's still "Estate", so any ability that relies on it being a specifically named card, such as Sauna/Avanto chaining or Treasure Map trashing, will not work.

I agree that this is very confusing, even to someone with a lot of plays under their belt. It's not a mistake I will make any more, but it feels like the confusion could be avoided.

This is a dangerous assumption. You would think that I would be more likely to know what it does but I came here to post about this exact same issue today.

The software should be tailored to the new player experience, it should not assume that people already know how the game works. I've said this many times before and it's been ignored, but that doesn't make it any less true, so I guess I'm saying it again.

Another example is the Castles pile. I've played ~2000 games now here and I still have trouble remembering which Castle does what and where it is in the pile.

You lose the ranking. I think it is all right as it is. It prevents people from wasting opponents time and prevents you to game the leaderboard.

I think you could make a highly-ranked Rebuild bot if you could back out of games without penalty after seeing the setup.

The new version seems to have introduced a minor bug where sometimes it erroneously reports that a player has left the table at the end of a game.

I predominantly use Automatch for starting my games, and I find the difference between searching for a game and just sitting idly at the Automatch screen is not very obvious. This can lead to both kinds of errors: thinking you're searching when you're not, and forgetting that you're searching for a game.

Yes, though "complaint" is maybe a strong word. I was just surprised that I wasn't given the choice but my opponent was.

This seemed counter-intuitive to me, too.

Personally, I find the payment model 100% satisfactory and I haven't been tripped up by what I got versus what I was expecting; HOWEVER, I can see how people would find it surprising that paying a monthly/daily fee for a "Gold Subscription" would not include all the cards. It's not directly analogous, but if I pay a monthly fee for Netflix, I don't have to pay more when they add Stranger Things 2.

Again, I understand the distinction, I'm just saying I see the other side.
