Interface Issues / Divine Wind and VP tokens disa...

Hello, just finished a game with Divine Wind, Defiled Shrine and Temple.

All was well until the Prophecy triggered (as is so often the case ;)

After the Divine Wind kicked in and changed the Kingdom Cards all the remaining VP tokens set up by Defiled Shrine were no longer visible. Also tokens placed on Temple (one of the second set of Kingdom cards) did not show up.

The game still "saw" them, as they would be gained as usual by buying a new temple.

My opponent and I were both using the Safari browser, and neither of us could see the tokens.

Lastly when the last province was bought the game end didn't trigger - I still showed as having Buys but couldn't buy anything or end buys - the cards didn't have the "plus" to show them as buyable. I refreshed the page and came back to the search screen.

Two bugs in one? Or something related?

A week after your payment was made, a chargeback was issued. I don't know why, usually this is initiated by you somehow. It automatically triggers the reverting of the subscription. A week after that the chargeback was reverted, I didn't even know that was possible and not something the automated system was prepared for. But in the end I actually got your money.

I now manually prolonged your subscription to April 11nd, hopefully that settles it.

It's still happening because the bug that causes it was not found. The outage took around 15 minutes this time.

That error message indicates a problem with one of the play servers, which happens only around the full hour when one of them is restarted. A few people besides the developer can do something about it when it happens, they just have to be informed and then they will act.

In this case it was back working roughly 10 minutes after your posting. It is not known what exactly causes the problem (it happens rarely), so unfortunately for the time being there will be manual intervention needed and that may take time (usually depending on time of day) :-(

I'm trying to start a new game, but I keep getting the error 'Server doesn't allow new games.' What's the point of paying for a subscription if you can't play whenever you want?
