You cannot delete your account yourself, but I can do that for you. For that I need to know your in-game name and the email address you used to register (to verify it's actually your account).

Simplest way is to send both to me via direct message here. If your in-game name is also "resist" and the email the same that you used for your registration here, just confirm that and I can then check and do the delete, and will confirm here once it's done.

Yes, unfortunately this sometimes happens under unknown circumstances that that message is repeated at later turns. We don't know what causes it.

Does the issue still persist for you?

Unless there actually is a server problem (happens, but rarely), this usually indicates that there is a problem in the intermediate internet structure between you and the servers. Often enough the problem is gone after a few hours, sometimes trying  a different device (PC or mobile device) and a different connection to the internet (DSL/cable vs. wirless) helps.

sorry for the late reply, I was away over the weekend.

Does the problem still persist for you (I just was successfully redicteted to the payment provider)? Sometimes/rarely there are problems of the kind you described, but they are usually shortlived. If they still exist for you, what country are you in?

Nice to hear that you could get it to work  :)

AFAIK the 2-step authentication is something that is required more and more (at least in Europe), so it may not be specific to Mollie.

Do you have registered an alternate way to autheticate transactions of your credit card (usually a Smartphone app)?
