No, they haven't changed since the update process was identified as producing big loads on the database server at end of march.
We are trying the new update process on the internal test servers, but there are still problems that need to be understood and fixed.
Does this mean that all games are unrated, or that rated games will update sometime in the future?
A played rated games will be taken into account when the ratings are again updated.
