I noticed that Capitalism allowed me to play Mercenary as an Action but not as a Treasure. Thanks. (Sorry, didn't think to grab a screen shot or game ID.)

I tried this in a new game,and it worked, the Mercenary was white/yellow and could be played with no Actions left. If it was a recent rated game, there is a good chance the game ID can be recovered.
