They don't always allow you not to take the Copper / Settlers. My guess at the moment is that you don't get the option to decline, if there's another Action card in your hand.
Correct. You can just click on the next action, but we should find some way to make it more clear.
Right, it's a feature. Now, I'm also seeing the green border on the Action card in the screenshot. :o
Maybe I missed it, because the border is less prominent than on MF.
By the way, being able to click a copper in the shown discard pile instead of (in addition to) a button to take it, would be faster for me. (less way to cover with mouse and bigger to hit)
