Hi, I was playing a game where appear mid turn. My discard pile was empty at this point, but the Fisherman still cost 5 instead of 2.
I believe it was game #151072134, but due to a browser crash I am not certain anymore (It won't load for some reason when I try to load old table, perhaps a separate bug altogether?).
Thanks for the report. Yes, this is a known interaction problem between Divine Wind and Fisherman.
