In Game #152811779, Cattitude v. tinioril v. Megas_Droungarios (me), at the end of C's Turn 8, the turn transcript of which follows. The game froze. Each player reloaded the page, but the game did not unfreeze. The "Make Cattitude resign?" panel never appeared, despite well over 4 minutes elapsing.
No idea what the bug was. In the end, as the trailing player, to free us all from being stuck in the game, I resigned. Please fix whatever caused the problem, and if you can, expunge the loss and punishment for resigning a 3-player, since it was hardly being rude to my fellow players.

C gets +1 Action.
C returns a Horse to the Horse pile.
C begins their buy phase.
